BEKA Schréder has supplied the decorative residential street lighting for the Clara Anna Fontein project, an upmarket residential development next to the winelands in Durbanville, Cape Town. The company supplied the Albany LED streetlight on decorative Castlenau Columns, and specially designed and manufactured LED Rock Cage bollards. The Albany streetlight was chosen for its classical shape, which suits the ambiance of the estate. It improves the quality, comfort and safety of the lighting installation while offering significant energy savings and reduced CO2 emissions. Electronic temperature monitoring prevents overheating of the LEDs and power supply, positioned directly next to LEDs. The Rock Cage bollard was specially designed for this estate, to blend into the landscape. BEKA Schréder develops and manufactures LED lighting products, designed and suitable for local conditions. It has cooperated with with Element Consulting Engineers in providing a successful decorative LED lighting solution for this prestigious project.
