Trimble has launched version 35 of its Manhattan Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The new version includes a restyled user interface which places greater emphasis on efficiency, ease-of-use and user productivity. The modular enterprise software solution for planning, managing and optimising an organisation’s real estate portfolio is designed for the entire facility lifecycle. It streamlines processes, improves control, maximises resource utilisation to reduce costs. This version also introduces new features and enhancements, including a new visual design, search-based navigation, and web browser-style tabs. The tab-based method of organising a user’s screen when multiple records need to be opened is makes it less cluttered and more productive than using separate windows. Furthermore, all reports now automatically display explanatory legends designed to enhance their search capability. By giving users an easier way of finding what they are looking for, the search-based navigation features will also enable users to interact more efficiently with the system. The new release of Manhattan IWMS is available now. For more information, visit
