DATE: Tuesday 28 August 2018
TIME: 15h00 for 15h30 to 18h30, with drinks and snacks thereafter
VENUE: Franklin Auditorium, Eskom Megawatt Park, Johannesburg (see map here)
COST: R100 per person attending, payable at the door, to cover food and drinks
(no cost for bona fide editors, journalists and camera crew covering the seminar)

The debate will be chaired by SAIEE Council Member Mr Maanda Ramutumbu PrEng, senior manager, Accenture (see bio here), and the three panelists / presenters are as follows:

Presenter/panelist number 1: Prof  Anton Eberhard, UCT Graduate School of Business (see bio)
Presenter/panelist number 2: Dr Andrew Eriksson, Consultant, Zurich, Switzerland (see bio)
Presenter/panelist number 3: Mr Piet van Staden, Past Chairman, Energy Intensive User Group (see bio)

The chairman of the seminar/panel discussion and the three presenters will all be participating in their personal capacities.

Programme

15h00 – 15h30: Arrival and registration in foyer, soft drinks served.
15h30 – 15h35: Introduction of chairperson, presenters and the topic under discussion.
15h35 – 17h05: 30 minute presentation by each of the three presenters.
17h05 – 18h05: Open discussion and Q & A between the presenters and the audience.
18h05 – 18h20: 5 minute summation by each of the three presenters.
18h20 – 18h30: Wrap up by chairman and thanks.
18h30 – 20h00: Networking cocktail party with snacks and drinks.
