NB: Banner adverts may be replaced with new material monthly if requested.

Technical notes and specifications
- Static banner adverts must be PNG-24 or JPG files less than 100 kB.
- Animated banner adverts must be GIF files less than 100 kB.
- Banner adverts must have dimensions in pixels as per the above table.
- Banner adverts must use web-safe fonts and colours.
- Banner adverts submitted with the wrong dimensions may be resized by EE Publishers which may result in some loss of clarity and sharpness.
- Banner adverts submitted that do not use web-safe fonts and colours may result in changes and loss of quality when published in the e-newsletters.
- Banner adverts need to include a link (URL) to the client’s website or a designated web page or email address.
- Video adverts to be hosted by client on YouTube, with URL provided to EE Publishers for embedding into webpage.
- Adverts should be limited with text and images for better quality visibility.
Commercial notes
- The above prices do not include for the design of website adverts, and prices are quoted on request on a case-by-case basis.
- Website adverts and URLs must be received by EE Publishers one week prior to the date of placement.
- Invoices are issued on placement of website adverts, and payment is 30 days from date of invoice.
- All website adverts are subject to the EE Publishers standard terms and conditions of sale at ee.co.za/about/terms-of-sale.
- No cancellations will be accepted for the website after the space booking deadline which is the 1stof the month prior to placement, and without the written consent and confirmation of EE Publishers
NB: Advert copy must be supplied per calender month.
