ADW Software has launched MyCumulus 3.0, a cloud-based service. It’s a combination of an app, a website and a number of tools that allows any user to create their own forms, collect or update data on an Android device and view the data on the website. The data can be imported in Pythagoras CAD+GIS Software. MyCumulus is a solution for any type of mobile data collection and updates, from GIS data (land surveyors, municipalities, public facilities, archaeology) to fieldwork research and questionnaires. The latest version of the platform adds new features, focusing primarily on surveying, road construction and utilities. In anticipation of new and cheap GNSS devices on the market, in combination with Android devices, MyCumulus allows measurements directly in the cloud. User can create their own forms, adapted to a project, to measure data such as the attributes of utility lines quickly and easily. The software calculates UTM, RD (NAP), or Lambert (TAW) coordinates, in accordance with official standards, both in the app and when exchanged with other programs. The platform has an Open API, allowing developers to write tools that interact with the server.
