Renttech South Africa is tapping into new markets from its premises in Stikland, Western Cape, adding to its ever increasing footprint across South Africa. The company specialises in the rental of welding machines, gas cutting and plasma cutting equipment, grinding/polishing equipment, personal protective equipment as well as welding consumables, and services a wide range of industries in the region.  These include oil and gas, mining, boiler manufacturing, ship repair, steel manufacturing and food and beverage. Jacques Tredoux, the company’s sales manager, says that the Harris products it distributes in South Africa are very popular with companies in the mining and petrochemical industries. These include a range of products used in the brazing, soldering, welding and cutting industries, including a range of flow control systems and gas regulators.  The company is now considering moving to bigger, more accessible premises in Cape Town’s northern suburbs, and establishing a new satellite branch in Saldanha Bay’s industrial development zone.
