Designed for GIS data collection, inspection and management activities, the Trimble TDC150 is a fully integrated, rugged solution with handheld flexibility, a modern interface with open Android operating system, and scalable high-accuracy positioning for professional field workflows. Its built-in GNSS antenna tracks multiple satellite constellations and enables high-accuracy data logging, from metre level down to centimetre positioning. The handheld is customisable with the ability to install and run any application from the Google Play Store, third-party application, or any Android-compatible developed software. New Trimble TerraFlex software workflow uses the device’s on-board camera to capture features. The bright high resolution touch screen makes for easy viewing of maps and data in both bright sunlight and shadow, and the user-replaceable battery ensures a full work day in the field. The Android 6.0 operating system runs on a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm processor with 2 GB memory and 16 GB internal storage. Improved communication with WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and 4G LTE streamlines the flow of information between the field and office for real-time collaboration on the job site. The ultra-rugged, ergonomic design has an IP67 rating.
