LED for carbon dioxide measurement

This LED emits at 4,3 µm; the ideal wavelength for measuring CO² via the scattering/ absorption spectroscopy method. Offering a radiant flux three times greater than any other CO² LED on the market, this high output is achieved by employing the company’s unique crystal growth and wafer process technology. With the long life that is synonymous with solid state technology, low power consumption, and high stability, this LED marries perfectly with Hamamatsu’s new P13243 InAsSb sensor to offer an extremely versatile CO² detection and measurement solution.
