Musco, in collaboration with Monrad Engineering, recently provided a lighting solution for the University of Arizona’s McKale Centre. The project has now earned national recognition. The lighting design at the centre received the 2015 IES Award of Merit. The project scored so well that it has moved on to the final judging stages at the Light Fair International in New York. The final recipients will be announced at the IES Annual Conference in November. According to its website, the IES Illumination Awards “provide a unique opportunity for public recognition of professionalism, ingenuity, and originality in lighting design based upon the individual merit of each entry judged against specific criteria.”
