acdcACDC Dynamics has named Midrand-based Jade Lee Electrical Wholesalers a platinum partner in its distribution chain. Jade Lee Electrical was founded as a contracting company in 1980 and became a distribution outlet twelve years later. It started out with a staff contingent of eight and office premises measuring only 250 m2. Today, the company employs over 40 people at premises measuring over 2100 m2. Speaking at the official announcement of Jade Lee’s new status, ACDC Dynamics managing member Mario Maio said his company confers this status on channel partners based on value to the customer, volumes of product moved, and on buy-in by its partners into the company’s corporate values and goals. Partners benefit by stocking the whole ACDC Dynamics range of some 70 000 line items. On the company’s well-known catalogue, Maio said he expected the 2014 version to consist of some 850-pages. The catalogue is expected to be printed in July this year.
