Maxar Technologies will be integratings its NaturalVue 2.0 image mosaic and National Urban Change Indicator (NUCI) commercial products into ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World. ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World is a collection of maps developed by Esri partners and the its user community and is available in ArcGIS Online, the GIS software company’s cloud-based geospatial platform. These integrations will accelerate the speed at which analysts distil actionable intelligence from multiple sources of geospatial data to solve a variety of problems and missions globally. The high quality global, commercially available, and virtually cloud-free 15-m mosaic with current imagery provides a seamless basemap that reflects the earth’s true colours. The mosaic updates and improves upon previous versions with enhanced positional accuracy, colour fidelity and spatial resolution. Maxar’s image mosaic portfolio also includes Vivid and Metro mosaics, which are high resolution global mosaics available commercially. The three mosaics enable a broad range of geospatial and web-based mapping applications, including military and defence logistics, GIS backdrops, flight simulation, cartographic mapping, 3D visualisation and GPS tracking.
