The HP Designjet T2500 eMultifunction Printer with web connectivity and HP Designjet ePrint & Share, along with a previously installed HP Designjet T2300 eMultifunction Printer, enables Inland Engineering Services (IES) to efficiently and accurately scan, print and share planning information in the office and remotely using only one device. The T2500 eMultifunction Printer and ePrint & Share saves the company time, costs and space, reduces waste, and improves productivity across multiple departments. Both printers are compact, 36-inch-wide integrated devices that prins, scan and copy, while saving office space. They use a touch-screen interface, and increase efficiency with two-roll front-loading and output stacking. The printers also have the capability to scan up to 36-inch prints, eliminating the time and hassle of splitting large reference plans into small format sheets. Having two different-sized paper rolls loaded simultaneously makes for intervention-free printing. The output-stacking tray eliminates output clutter, while the ability to adjust settings before printing reduces wasted prints. High quality printed maps and plans, with clear fine details and text enable IES to reduce errors. Using the HP Designjet ePrint & Share cloud-based file sharing also cuts out time spend driving plans between municipalities, construction sites and IES offices. And with anyone able to print remotely, the project coordinator is free to focus on other work.
