Juniper Systems, a manufacturer of ultra-rugged handheld computers and provider of field data collection solutions, has recently announces a new technical support manager role for the EMEA region, to which it appointed Andy Cray. In this position, Cray will provide support to customers with hardware and software, particularly when they are transitioning from other rugged handheld computers to Juniper or Cedar products. He will liaise with customers both remotely and on-site to support them and maximise the performance of the company’s products with their systems. He will also assist in the integration of Juniper and Cedar products into new customer solutions, and provide expertise toward decision making prior to new systems being designed. Cray has experience in troubleshooting large, complex, technical systems, and a long history of working with mobile computers and rugged data collectors in different environments. Juniper Systems has also welcomed a new business development manager, Narendra (Nat) Patel, for the United Kingdom territory. Patel joined Juniper Systems in 2018, and in his new position will continue business development throughout the UK.
