SANEA energy rendezvous, Cape Town

The South African National Energy Association (SANEA) will host its next Cape Town-based Energy Rendezvous on 26 July 2017 at 18h00.

Addressing the topic “How will my research change the world?”, four post graduate students will present their approach, methodology and status of their research:

  • Mbali Mabaso: Scaling energy systems analysis
  • Durgaprasad Madras Rajaraman Iyer: Power plants – a bioenergy technology for distributed electricity generation
  • Kimenthrie Pillay: Data huddle – data collection method for energy consumption and behaviour
  • Kyle Swartz: How the REIPPPP community development funds can be used to address developmental challenges

The event will take place at the Protea Hotel, Victoria Junction, corner Somerset and Ebenezer roads, (near Cape Town International Convention Centre), Cape Town.

Refreshments will be served from 17h30.
