06-gn-omron-companyOmron Electronics, which manufactures over 1-million cylindrical photoelectric sensors each year, has introduced a new range of sensors and components as part of a programme the company calls its 361-degree approach. This programme offers three distinct lines within each component (power supplies, temperature controllers, timers, industrial relays, and monitoring relays) or sensor (photoelectric, fibre-optic, and proximity sensors) product category. The E3FA range of cylindrical photoelectric sensors is the first range to be driven by this approach. This range provides a complete spectrum of price/performance levels, and introduces a new generation of photoelectric sensors with a wide range of reliable and easy to use photoelectric sensors for industries such as packaging, ceramics and materials handling. The company also offers a new multi-functional temperature controller in DIN rail format.
