Major Tech’s point and shoot thermal imaging cameras are rugged, full featured instruments available with an image quality from 80 x 80 pixels (MTi13), 160 x 120 pixels (MTi15/MTi50) to up to 384 x 288 pixels (MTi60). These instruments are equipped with an IR-optical focus system to ensure that images are in good focus for optimum clarity and scanning potential. The MTi60 features a 32 x continuous digital zoom. Both wide angle and tele-lenses are available to adapt the device to every situation. LED lights ensure that good quality visual images can be taken even in darker environments. These high performance thermal imagers also have a laser pointer that will help the user to associate the hot or cold spot on the thermal image with the physical target in the field. Thermal images feature a picture-in-picture function for overlying the thermal image on the visual image. These cameras include text and voice annotations and images are transferred from the camera to a removable SD card with ease.
