altek-116-03-2014The CC2531 Zigbee light link development kit is intended for customers who would like to evaluate ZLL lighting control for LED light products, and develop simple applications and demonstrators based on this standard. The kit contains everything needed to set-up a ZLL network and control the lights individually or as a group. It is also possible to extend the kit with more HW to allow cloud-based control solutions such as Ninja Blocks. Features include a 2,4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4 compliant RF transceiver; excellent receiver sensitivity and robustness to interference; programmable output power of up to 4,5 dBm; few external components; a single crystal needed for asynchronous networks; and a 6 × 6 mm QFN40 package. It is suitable for systems targeting compliance with worldwide radio-frequency regulations (ETSI EN 300 328 and EN 300 440 (Europe), and FCC CFR47 Part 15 (US) and ARIB STD-T-66 (Japan)).
