Gauteng to upgrade hospital boilers for natural gas

  Martin Mkhabela, the deputy director general in Gauteng’s department of Infrastructure and Development, says that the coal-fired boilers at provincial hospitals will be replaced with natural gas-fired ones.   Martin Mkhabela, the deputy director-general in Gauteng’s department of infrastructure and development, said that natural gas will play a major role in the province’s energy future, starting with hospital boilers.
